Love and Happiness
I am worthy of love and happiness, not because of what I have done or what I have yet to become, but simply because I exist. I no longer have to prove my worth or earn the right to be cherished—I am enough as I am. Love is not something I have to chase, and happiness is not a distant destination; both are within me, waiting to be embraced. I will allow myself to receive love without questioning if I deserve it and welcome joy without fearing it will be taken away. My past does not define my worthiness, and my struggles do not diminish my right to peace. I deserve love and happiness, fully and unapologetically.
