Self-Care

Caring for myself is not selfish—it is necessary. I will no longer wait for permission to rest, to heal, to set boundaries that protect my peace. I will listen to what my body, mind, and soul need, honoring them with the same compassion I so freely give to others. Some days, self-care may look like movement and productivity; other days, it may be stillness and surrender. Both are valuable. I refuse to pour from an empty cup, and I acknowledge that nurturing myself allows me to show up stronger, more present, and more whole. Today, I choose to care for myself, not as an afterthought, but as a priority.
