Sometimes it simply feels like the world has lost any sense of general kindness. People I once knew and I held in high regard have morphed into individuals I hardly recognize.

I wonder: is it me? Or is it them? Who changed? Or do we all make micro-alterations in our lives each day? Are the slight alterations that we make in our daily life the very things that shift us into evolving into someone other than we once were?
