Relaxed
Stillness is not something to chase but something to allow. When I breathe into this affirmation, I feel the tension in my body begin to unravel, like knots loosening in warm water. It is not the absence of struggle that brings peace but the choice to surrender to the present moment, to trust that I do not have to hold everything so tightly. Even in uncertainty, even in the mess of life, I can carve out a quiet space within myself—a refuge where I am safe, whole, and enough.
