Reject Negativity

I REJECT NEGATIVITY. I LET GO OF WHAT NO LONGER SERVES ME.

Negativity is a weight, a shadow that lingers without invitation. Today, it is released, discarded as easily as falling leaves. I choose lightness, a clearing of space within, where only what nourishes can take root. What no longer serves me—resentment, doubt, fear—is let go, leaving room for peace and clarity. With each breath, I shed the weight of the past, the voices that drag down the spirit. In its place, I stand firm, grounded in the knowledge that what is meant for me will remain. I move forward unburdened, open to the flow of what truly uplifts and strengthens.
