New Things and Change
My mind is always open to new things and I embrace change.
For so long, change felt like an intruder, barging into my carefully constructed plans, scattering the pieces of my life like wind through a puzzle. I used to resist it, clinging to what felt safe and familiar. But lately, I’ve been holding on to a different thought: My mind is always open to new things, and I embrace change.
It’s not easy to unlearn the fear of the unknown. But when I repeat those words, they remind me that change isn’t an enemy—it’s a teacher. New things aren’t there to threaten me; they’re there to show me the edges of my comfort zone and push me just far enough past them.
When I approach change with curiosity instead of resistance, I see it differently. It’s not a storm to weather but a breeze urging me forward, a chance to grow in ways I hadn’t imagined. Staying open isn’t always natural, but it’s freeing. It turns disruption into opportunity, hesitation into hope.
So, I remind myself: I can learn, adapt, and flourish. Change isn’t something to fear—it’s a part of the path I’m meant to take.
