Moments of Joy

Today, I will seek out moments of joy, not in grand gestures or perfect circumstances, but in the quiet, unexpected places where they so often hide. I will let the warmth of the sun on my skin, the rhythm of a favorite song, or the laughter of someone I love remind me that joy is always within reach. Even on difficult days, I can choose to notice the beauty that lingers in the small things—the way light filters through a window, the comfort of a deep breath, the way my heart still beats with possibility. Joy is not something I have to earn; it is something I allow myself to receive.
