Fun

Joy is not something I have to earn—it is my birthright. For so long, I carried the weight of responsibility, believing that fun was something indulgent, something I had to justify. But laughter, play, and moments of lightness are not distractions from life; they are what make it whole. It’s okay for me to let go, to dance without reason, to chase what makes my soul come alive. Fun is not a detour from growth or healing—it is a vital part of it, a reminder that even in the midst of struggle, I am allowed to feel free.
